Hunting is regulated, and the rules (seasons, limits, licenses, legal methods and equipment, hours, blaze orange, baiting, land access, firearm transport and import) vary by place and change often. You are responsible for confirming and following the current rules with your state wildlife agency or the official authority, and for getting permission to hunt private land.
Safety
Hunting and outdoor travel carry real risks. Use a full-body harness in tree stands, follow firearm and archery safety rules, tell someone your plan, and carry the means to call for help. Sharp Shooter distances in the app are estimates, not laser measurements. Weather, land and moon information is informational.
